Effective August 1st 2008 Porsche Cars North America announced their new Porsche Certified Program. This program is now a mirror image of the factory warranty on a new Porsche. You get 6 years and up to 100,000 miles from the original In Service date at every Porsche dealer in the US and Canada. Any vehicle under 8 years old from the in service date can be certified. The minumum certification is 2 years from the date of purchase if the vehicle is out of its new car warranty.
